A New Chapter: Hardback Editions of Pushing the Wave Are Here

There’s something about the feel of a well-made hardback that invites you to linger. To flip pages slowly. To pause between essays or images and reflect.

That’s why I’m thrilled to announce the release of premium hardback editions of the first two Pushing the Wave volumes: Pushing the Wave 2017–2022 and Pushing the Wave 2023.

These are more than reprints. They’re high-quality, colour editions—designed to be held, displayed, and returned to over time. Each one preserves the spirit of the original paperbacks but adds a new dimension: vibrant photo essays, carefully printed drawings, and a format that honours the tactile joy of reading.

When I started Pushing the Wave, it was a place to gather thoughts, photos, and observations about the world as I saw and felt it. I never imagined it would become an ongoing chronicle of creativity and connection. Seeing these books now in hardback form feels like a milestone—and I’m excited to share them with you.
