Taking a Little Summer Break

As summer stretches out before us, we’re taking a moment to pause, breathe and enjoy some long, sunlit days. We hope you’re able to do the same—whether that means travelling somewhere new, relaxing at home, or simply making the most of a quiet afternoon in the garden.

With rising temperatures and heatwaves becoming more frequent, we’d also like to remind everyone to look after themselves and each other. Keep an eye on vulnerable neighbours, stay hydrated and, of course, remember the sunscreen!

If you find yourself in need of something to do in a shady corner out of the midday sun, we can’t think of a better companion than a good book, whether fiction, non-fiction or a classic, and a tall glass of iced tea. There’s nothing quite like getting lost in a story while the world slows down around you.

We’ll be taking a short break from updates, but we look forward to reconnecting with you all towards the end of summer—full of new ideas, fresh inspiration and plenty of literary treasures to share.
