These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the P-Wave Press website (the “Site”). The Site is operated by P-Wave Press, part of MNDee Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

P-Wave Press is part of MNDee Ltd. Company details are available upon request.

References in these Terms to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to P-Wave Press and MNDee Ltd.

Where books, digital editions or other products are offered for sale, additional terms may apply at the point of purchase.

• Pricing is correct
• Availability is up to date

However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and to cancel or refuse orders where necessary.

Retail pricing and availability may vary between retailers and territories.

Where digital content is made available for download:

• It is licensed, not sold
• It is for personal use only
• It may not be redistributed, shared or resold

Unauthorised distribution of digital editions may constitute copyright infringement.

If the Site allows you to create an account or subscribe to a newsletter:
